Hilary has been practicing yoga for the past 10 years and received her teaching certificate in 2022. She has practiced through one pregnancy and is currently practicing and teaching while carrying twins! She knows, through personal experience, how practicing yoga while pregnant benefits mom while carrying baby as well as helping through delivery.
