Yoga Sculpt is a high-intensity workout blending traditional yoga poses with strength training using light weights (dumbbells) and cardio bursts (like jump squats, mountain climbers) for a full-body, metabolism-boosting session that builds lean muscle, improves flexibility, and burns calories.

Arm Balances: the Iyengar Way . Learn how improving core strength, shoulder stability, hip flexion, and wrist flexibility are needed to explore this family of poses. This class will explore how the tenets of alignment and directionality are important tools in learning these asanas. Come and “fly up” with Nicky. (The ability to perform the final pose is not required. Modifications are always offered as needed).
