Sap moon yin 3/16/25

Please join Erin on Sunday, March 16th from

6:30pm-8:00pm to usher in spring with the Sap Moon.

As the temperatures begin to rise, the snow melts and the earth softens and becomes mud. Worms begin to crawl in the ground, heralding the return of birds, which will feed on them. This moon is called the Sap Moon because it's the time to tap the maples for their sap.

In this class, you will not only experience deep relaxation and stress relief, but also feel the rejuvenation effects we experience during the Spring!

Yin Yoga also offers improved flexibility and joint health, while promoting a peaceful state of mind.

All levels welcome! Only $25!
